I'm always looking for the optimum way to configure your rounds, your splitter, and the place you will stack the split wood. This particular model depends on a forklift. I call it the vertical split tower because of the way the racks are designed in the 4 corners. The rounds would be loaded onto these racks from another location (the rack to the right if you are facing a side) and brought to this station. There is a splitter facing each direction. If you think of the layout as a plus sign, then one of the crosses close quarters, grab from the left, stack on the right. This section is meant for medium to small diameter rounds. As you can see to the east and west the mobile runways could be turned 90° to facility in coming larger firewood rounds.
