Play / Stop / Reset

The standalone Wpf 3D export from MathCompiler3D now has the ability to play the animation that was built with the 3D model. This demo shows 4 camera views of a dump trailer. The play button will cause the trailer to elevate as if it was dumping its cargo. The stop will cause the animation to freeze. Reset will put the animation back to zero. Hitting play again will restart the animation from the beginning.

Vp1 - Vp4

There is a new group on the ribbon called Viewports. Vp1, Vp2, Vp3, Vp4 will toggle the visibility of the respective 3D viewports giving you the option of viewing 1,2,3 viewports at a time as well as 4 viewports in the screen shot below.

Viewport Functionality

When you run the example, use the click and hold down the right mouse button in the area of the 3D view port to rotate the model. Use the mouse wheel to zoom in / out. Shift + Cursor (Up / Down)  - (Left / Right) will move the camera position. The virtual camera will still be parallel to the model relative to the rotation vectors to which the model is current orientated. The input for this functionality is restricted to Viewport #1 - and Viewports 2-4 will reflect the action relative to their camera angles including the prebuilt animation.
