Training your spirit in righteousness
Galatians 5:16
This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
Matthew 14:23 - Jesus made a habit of spending time with God
23 And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone.
If you have received the Gift of Tongues - spend time building up your spirit - you will have a much longer fuse and temperance will operator in your life.
Jude 20
20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
When you hit your thumb with a hammer: immediately say, "Thumb, I call you pain free and completely whole in the name of Jesus based on Isaiah 53:5
Don’t tolerate a situation in your life – if you feel any kind of abnormality in your body, speed the word over it immediately.
1 Thessalonians 5:17 - Always be in an attitude of prayer
17 Pray without ceasing.
If the devil tempts you with an evil thought – respond out loud with a scripture that speaks the good over that situation
In basketball – if you can do a move automatically in practice, then when it comes time for the game, you will be able to do it automatically there.
