Creating the Art

This is an approximation of the Luling water tower in texture. The base plate and tower covering uses some artistic license for better visuals. This water tower has the tank in the shape of a watermelon. As watermelons are ellipsoid their was a bit more effort in applying the deck posts at the top as they had to be placed manually. In a future upgrade, I will add scaling ability to the encircle functionality in MathCompiler3D to make this plot process faster. To get the desired effect a sphere is used for the watermelon and the y axis scale is truncated. Although an ellipsoid could have been used, in this case the texture mapping was better with a sphere.
